In the Event of an Emergency:

Call 911 and proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room. At the emergency room, provide the ER staff and provider with your clinician’s phone number and have them contact us immediately.

In the Event of Inclement Weather:

We will make every effort to stay open but will inform scheduled patients if the office is closed. If you are unable to make your appointment due to weather, please call the office to let us know.
